Sheaffer Admiral

1945-48
About This Pen

Identifying Sheaffer pens in the years after WWII ended can be confusing, particularly since Balance-style pens were being phased out and cleared from inventory. So, while it looks like a Craftsman, its 500 price code and Feathertouch 5 nib make it an Admiral. At 5” long, it is a full length pen but a touch slender as so many were then. It’s in Jet Black, very clean and shiny, although with some minor marks of use. The Feathertouch nib writes a typically firm but not too firm fine. A good bag pen, an excellent writer!

This pen is not for sale.
